YOLK AND MOZZARELLA STUFFED MUSHROOMS

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 mushrooms
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1/4 cup (30 grams) mozzarella, shredded
  • Pepper
PREPARATION
  • Preheat the oven to 320 degrees F/160 degrees C.
  • Remove the stems from the mushrooms.
  • Put one egg yolk in each mushroom.
  • Season with pepper.
  • Top the mushrooms with shredded mozzarella.
  • Bake for 25 minutes.
