Weight Watchers Freestyle Zero Point Cheesecake

Freestyle Zero Point Cheesecake

This is by far the best no point cheesecake recipe I have ever made

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cups fat-free, no added sugar, plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 small box of fat-free, sugar-free, instant cheesecake pudding flavor
  • 3 tablespoons of Stevia or Splenda
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla or almond extrac

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Spray a pie dish or 9 inch springform pan with a non-fat cooking spray
  • In a large bowl, mix eggs, Stevia, and vanilla extract beat well
  • Add dry pudding mix and yogurt, mix well
  • Pour into dish and bake for 30 minutes
  • Allow to cool completely, then place in refrigerator
    Chill for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight
