Human’s body need sufficient quantities of water so that it can adequately perform many vital functions. However, less than 1 in 5 people drinks enough water.



In this article we will reveal the results of one experiment that examines the effects of water on our health and body.

Sarah Smith, a 42- year old mother of 2children, from the UK, wasn’t consuming enough water as well. However, she suffered from various health problems, including poor digestion, andfrequent headaches.

So, she consulted medical professionals so the can solve her problems, and she was said to increase her intake of water as a solution to both her problems.


Therefore, she was determined to try this method, but also decided to note the entire process. Her intention was to drink 3 liters of water each day for one month and see if it will help improve her health.

She documented and photographed what happened in a self-imposed experiment whereby she would drink 3 liters of water per day, each day for a whole month and see if she could feel any benefits.

She put the amount of water she planned to consume in a big bottle of water in the morning, another bottle of water in the afternoon and a last one in the evening.

At the start of the experiment, Sarah looked at her face and noted “I am 42, but have to admit I look more like 52 on this picture, which is shocking.

There are dark shadows under and around my eyes, which make me look exhausted, a profusion of wrinkles and strange reddish blotches, and my skin looks any lustre. It looks dead….even my lips look shriveled.”

Afteronly one week, Sarah noticed that her urine was somehow cleansed, as the water actually stimulated the proper function of her kidneys.

Furthermore, there was also animportant improvement in her bowel movement. Moreover, she found that she has several sudden skin breakouts, but they also were caused by the detoxification of toxins that was actually occurring in her whole body.

She didn’t have any headaches or the stiffness in her joints was significantly reduced.  This is caused by the fact that water acts as a lubricant for the joints.

The next week, Sarah had an improved skin toneand improvedcomplexion. But, she still had the wrinkles around her eyes. She even wrote that “they look less creepy and shadowy than before”. Sarah Smith still didn’t suffer from headaches, and she started to have a flatter belly. Besides, her husband noticed that her cellulite is disappearing!

After a second week, her dark circles and wrinkles around the eyes were completely gone. Furthermore, she looked healthy and her skin was practically glowing! She also started to eat smaller amounts, and also began to distinguish her thirst andher need for food.

Consequently, as she consumed more water, she did not eat more than her stomach really needed.

After the 4th week, Sarah confessed: “I genuinely can’t believe the difference in my face. I look like a different woman. The dark shadows around my eyes have disappeared and the blotches have gone. My skin is almost as dewy as it was when I was a kid. The transformation is nothing short of remarkable.”

By the end of her experiment, Sarah was much leaner, fitter and more beautiful. Also, she was happier and energetic than she ever was before. All these benefits were acquired because of a single change in her lifestyle, and that is drinking a lots of water!
