📝 Ingredients:

  • 4 cups blackberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 cup sugar (divided)

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 1 cup milk

  • ½ cup (1 stick) butter, melted

  • Optional: lemon zest or vanilla extract for extra flavor
