1 tbsp cooking oil
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 carrot, sliced
1 celery rib, sliced
2 cans (14 1/2 oz each) ready to serve chicken broth
2 cups water
1 envelope dry Italian salad dressing mix
2 cups cubed cooked turkey
1/2 cup bite sized pasta, uncooked
1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add onions, carrots and celery; cook
3 to 5 minutes or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
2. Stir in the broth, water and dressing mix. Bring to a boil.
3. Add in the turkey and pasta; cover. Simmer over medium-low heat 10 to 12 minutes or until pasta is tender.
