Tomato Salad with Remoulade Sauce

1 cup Blue Plate® Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons minced celery
1 tablespoon minced scallions
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon mustard
4 1/2 tablespoons dried tarragon leaves

In small bowl stir all until smooth, keep refrigerated.

Serve over sliced tomatoes and lettuce.
