Sweet & Sour Meatballs

These meatballs are slow-cooked in a sweet and sour sauce.


  • 1 Pound Lean Ground Turkey or Lean Ground Beef
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin
  • ¼ Cup Teriyai Sauce
  • ¼ Cup Hoison Sauce
  • ½ Cup Ken’s Lite Apple Cider Vinegar Salad Dressing
  • 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar Twin
  1. In medium bowl, mix together ground meat and all seasoning.
  2. In small bowl mix together Teriyaki Sauce, Hoison Sauce, Apple Cider Salad Dressing and Brown Sugar Twin.
  3. Add ¼ Cup Sauce mixture to meat mixture.
  4. Roll meat mixture into 1-1½” balls
  5. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in large skillet
  6. Add meatballs into hot pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side. Rotate to brown all sides.
  7. Pour sauce over meatballs, reduce to medium and simmer for another 5-10 minutes.
  8. Can be left in Crockpot on low or warm for parties and events.
