“This is a fast vegan smoothie with a deep pink color and a rich, creamy texture.
- Makes 2 – 8 oz. smoothies
- 1 cup lowfat plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup milk 1 banana, cut into chunks
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- In a blender, combine all of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
