- 2 cups cold skim milk
- 1 lb fresh strawberries
- In a medium bowl, beat together the pudding mix and milk with a whisk until combined and refrigerate for a few minutes to slightly thicken.
- Cut the tops off the strawberries and puree them with a blender.
- Layer the pudding and strawberry puree in alternating layers into 8 popsicle molds and place in freezer for several hours until frozen through.
