|1 cup strawberry|
|1 tbsp balsamic vinegar|
|1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil|
|2 oz goat cheese|
|2 tbsp slivered almonds toasted|
|4 oz arugula|
- Toss strawberries with half of the balsamic vinegar and set aside. Mix remaining vinegar and oil together in another bowl. Season vinaigrette with salt and pepper. Toss arugula with vinaigrette and place strawberries, goat cheese and almonds on top. Serve immediately.
