1 onion sliced
1 red pepper sliced
1 green pepper
1 yellow squash sliced
1 zucchini sliced
mushrooms if you like (I do)
2 garlic cloves chopped
a couple turns of olive oil or coconut oil
1lb of chicken or steak cut in strips
you can use other veggies too I really like cabbage, just didn’t have any on that picture day.
Marinate the steak or chicken overnight then brown in olive oil over med hi heat Remove from heat when done and wrap in foil to rest.
Reduce heat to med. Add the peppers and onions to the same pan with drippings, then the broccoli, garlic and mushrooms, the squash last. Add salt and pepper to taste.
When they have cooked to your desired tenderness add the chicken or steak into the vegetables sprinkle on some more soy sauce and enjoy.
