Slow Cooker Ranch Pork Chops & Potatoes

I swear my hubby begs me to make this recipe at least one a week

Ingredients:

6 pork chops (boneless or bone-in okay)
3 pounds diced red baby potatoes
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons cubed butter
4 tablespoons dry ranch seasoning
2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions:

1. Place the quartered red potatoes in the bottom of your slow cooker.
2. Season both sides of the pork chops with the dry ranch seasoning.
3. Arrange the pork chops on top of the potatoes in the slow cooker. Optional: For maximum flavor, brown pork chops before placing into slow cooker.
4. Drizzle the apple cider vinegar over the pork chops. Scatter the cubed butter on top.
5. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours (or high for 3 hours) or until the pork chops are tender and the potatoes are cooked through.
Serve hot and enjoy your Slow Cooker Ranch Pork Chops and Potatoes!
Note: The cooking times may vary depending on the slow cooker, so it’s important to check for doneness periodically. Ensure that the internal temperature of the pork chops reaches 145°F (63°C) for safe consumption.
