Ingredients:
2–3 chicken breasts
1 onion, sliced
2 bell peppers, sliced
1 packet Italian dressing mix
1/2 cup chicken broth
Provolone cheese slices
Hoagie rolls
Instructions:
Add chicken, onion, peppers, broth, and seasoning to slow cooker.
Cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
Shred chicken, stir everything, and layer on hoagie rolls.
Top with provolone, toast if desired, and serve warm!
