Our Skinny Crustless Quiche is one of our favorite go-to breakfast-dinners (aka: brinner) when it is time to mix things up! It is just over-the-top delicious

Per Serving (1 slice)

Ingredients :

1 cup low fat cottage cheese
2 cups liquid egg whites
½ cup broccoli, cooked and chopped
½ cup extra lean ham, diced
½ cup Sargento Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Shredded Cheese
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper

Preparation :

1 Preheat oven to 375º F.
2 Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
3 Spray 9½-inch pie dish with nonstick cooking spray and pour ingredients in.
4 Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until center is set.
