200gr Greek Yoghurt (full fat)
4 cardamom pods
Set your oven to 200°C (fan).
Cut the peach into parts and place in ovenproof dish.
Take the seeds out of the cardamom pods and scatter over the peach.
Drizzle with some maple syrup.
Place in the oven for about 15-20 minutes or until nice and soft.
Remove from oven and let cool a bit.
Once cooled down scoop over your yoghurt and enjoy!
