Roasted Cherry Tomatoes

  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Place the tomatoes in a baking dish.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with the seasonings; Stir to coat.
  4. Roast until the tomatoes are soft and beginning to burst, about 20 minutes.
