Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Place the tomatoes in a baking dish.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with the seasonings; Stir to coat.
- Roast until the tomatoes are soft and beginning to burst, about 20 minutes.
