Makes 2 servings
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup nonfat yogurt or low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
- 3/4 cup ice water
- fresh mint, for garnish
1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until frosty smooth.
2. Decorate with fresh mint (optional) and serve.
