Pita Pizzas with Greek Flavors


1⁄2 cup grape tomato
2 oz feta cheese
1 sprig basil
1 sprig mint
1 sprig Italian parsley
2 whole-wheat pita bread
8 kalamata olives
4 marinated artichoke hearts


  1. Heat oven to 400. Place pita bread on baking sheet. Top with tomatoes, feta, herbs, olives and artichoke hearts. Bake until the cheese melts and the crusts are crispy, 7-8 minutes.
