Ingredients
1⁄2 cup grape tomato
2 oz feta cheese
1 sprig basil
1 sprig mint
1 sprig Italian parsley
2 whole-wheat pita bread
8 kalamata olives
4 marinated artichoke hearts
Directions
- Heat oven to 400. Place pita bread on baking sheet. Top with tomatoes, feta, herbs, olives and artichoke hearts. Bake until the cheese melts and the crusts are crispy, 7-8 minutes.
