2 slices of toasted bread (I use Udi’s Gluten Free Whole Grain Bread)
5-6 thin slices of banana
1 strawberry thinly sliced
About 5 blueberries
Peanut butter
Directions:
- Prepare fruit and then build your sandwich
- First put a layer of peanut butter on one slice of bread
- Then top with banana and strawberry slices and your blueberries
- I like to add a thin layer of peanut butter to the other slice of bread too, but that’s optional. Enjoy!
