Peanut Butter and Banana Ice Cream


Ingredients :

  • 3 very ripe bananas
  •  2 tablespoons natural peanut butter (no sugar added)

Directions :

  1. Slice bananas and place slices on a cooking sheet in the freezer for 1-2 hours.
  2. Using either a blender or food processor, blend the frozen bananas and peanut butter until smooth.
  3. Eat immediately for a soft serve consistency or freeze for later consumption.
