Peach and Almond Smoothie

This easy smoothie makes it possible to enjoy a healthy breakfast on even the busiest mornings.

Ingredients

1-1/4 cups (300 mL) almond milk
1 cup (250 mL) frozen sliced peaches
1 half bananas, sliced
1/3 cup (75 mL) frozen raspberries
1 tbsp (15 mL) liquid honey
2 tsp (10 mL) lemon juice

Preparation

In blender, purée together almond milk, peaches, banana, raspberries, honey and lemon juice until smooth.
