Parmesan Baked Tomatoes



4 medium tomatoes
3 tbsp Italian seasoned bread crumbs
3 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated



  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 1 quart shallow baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cut tomatoes in half, then squeeze out and discard the seeds. Place tomatoes cut side up in prepared baking dish. Combine bread crumbs and parmesan cheese in small bowl. Sprinkle topping evenly over the tomatoes.
  3. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until the tomatoes are soft and topping has browned.
