Ingredients :

  • 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice & 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • ¼ cup Italian Vinaigrette Dressing
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Preparation :

  1. In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients except the chicken.
  2. Add the chicken, turning to coat both sides of each breast.
  3. Heat a skillet on medium heat.
  4. Add the chicken and dressing mixture; cook the chicken at 165º F for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until done.
