- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
- 2 tablespoons orange juice & 1 teaspoon orange zest
- ¼ cup Italian Vinaigrette Dressing
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients except the chicken.
- Add the chicken, turning to coat both sides of each breast.
- Heat a skillet on medium heat.
- Add the chicken and dressing mixture; cook the chicken at 165º F for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until done.
