Ingredients :
- 4 (5-ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 (1-ounce) slices mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasonings
Preparation :
- -Season chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- -Heat the olive oil in a skillet set over medium.
- -Cover each chicken breast with 2 tablespoons sauce, 1 slice of cheese and a dash of herbs.
Stovetop- -Lower heat to low, cover, and cook until the cheese is melted.
Oven- -Make sure your skillet is oven-safe. Place under the broiler until cheese is melted and browned lightly.
