|2 tbsp marinara sauce|
|2 oz mozzarella cheese, sliced|
|1⁄2 tomato, sliced|
|1⁄2 tsp fresh basil leaves, julienned|
- In a large microwave safe mug, mix together flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Add milk and olive oil and stir until combined. Flatten the dough, then cover with marinara sauce. Top with mozzarella cheese and tomatoes.
- Microwave on High for one and a half minutes or until the dough has risen and the cheese is melted. Season with salt and sprinkle with basil.
