1 tbsp coconut oil, liquid, but not hot |
2 tbsp almond milk |
1⁄4 cup blueberries |
Directions
- In a microwave safe cup or ramekin, mix together flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Add coconut oil, almond milk, and blueberries and stir until well combined. Microwave on High for 1 minute or until the muffin has risen and is cooked through.
