Ingredients :

  • 1 mango, ripe but not too soft, peeled
  • 1 frozen banana, pre-sliced
  • ½ cup lite coconut milk
  • ½ cup low fat milk
  • ¼ teaspoon pure rum extract
  • 8-10 ice cubes

Preparation :

  • Add the first five ingredients to a blender and blend until combined. Add ice and continue blending until smooth and creamy.
