- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp sour cream
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 5 Tbsp gherkins finely chopped, small pickled cucumbers
- 2 tsp fresh parsley chopped
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise with sour cream, mustard, lemon juice, finely chopped gherkins and parsley.
- Cover and keep refrigerated until serving.
