    • 4 chicken breasts
    • 1 tsp each: salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 1/2 cup each: ranch dressing, shredded Parmesan, shredded provolone
    • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
    • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp each: dried parsley, basil


Instructions

    1. Preheat Your Oven: Set it to 375°F (190°C).
    1. Season the Chicken: Generously rub the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
    2. Sear the Chicken: Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side until they’re golden brown.
    3. Bake: Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked.
    1. Prepare the Topping: While the chicken is baking, mix together 1/2 cup ranch dressing, 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan, and 1/2 cup shredded provolone.
    2. Add the Topping: Spread the cheese mixture over the baked chicken breasts.
    3. Make the Crust: Combine 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs, 2 tbsp melted butter, 1 tsp dried parsley, and 1 tsp dried basil.
  1. Sprinkle the Crust: Evenly sprinkle the panko mixture over the cheese-topped chicken.
  2. Final Bake: Return the chicken to the oven and bake for another 5-7 minutes until the crust is crispy and golden.
