1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 1 1/2-quart baking dish with nonstick spray.
2. Combine 1 1/2 cups mozzarella, sour cream, 2 Tablespoons Parmesan, pepper, garlic, artichoke hearts, cream cheese and spinach in a large bowl. Stir until well-blended. Spoon the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup mozzarella and the remaining 2 Tablespoons Parmesan.
3. Bake for 40 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top. Serve with vegetables or chips (extra calories for the chips!)
