Leftover Turkey Salad with Cranberries and Walnuts

Leftover turkey, dried cranberries, and almonds make a terrific filling for croissants, pita pockets, or plain white bread.



  • 2 oz leftover cooked turkey (Chicken would work too of course)
  • 1 wedge of The Laughing Cow Light Garlic and Herb
  • 1/2 oz walnuts chopped (14g)
  • 10g of Dried Cranberries
  • 1/8 tsp ground sage
  • pinch of salt


Place all the ingredient in a bowl.

Mix well.
