Ingredients
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 4 medium mushrooms, sliced
- 1⁄2 cup bean sprouts
- 1⁄2 cup frozen green peas
- 1⁄2 head bok choy, sliced
- 2 carrots, shredded
- 6 oz yakisoba noodles, udon, or dry spaghetti, cooked
Directions
- Mix together ketchup, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and oyster sauce in a small bowl and set aside.
- Heat sesame oil in large skillet. Add onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, bean sprouts, and peas and stir fry for about 5 minutes. Add bok choy and carrots and continue to stir fry. Mix in cooked noodles and sauce.
