Healthy Japanese Yakisoba Noodle Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 4 medium mushrooms, sliced
  • 1⁄2 cup bean sprouts
  • 1⁄2 cup frozen green peas
  • 1⁄2 head bok choy, sliced
  • 2 carrots, shredded
  • 6 oz yakisoba noodles, udon, or dry spaghetti, cooked

Directions

  • Mix together ketchup, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and oyster sauce in a small bowl and set aside.
  • Heat sesame oil in large skillet. Add onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, bean sprouts, and peas and stir fry for about 5 minutes. Add bok choy and carrots and continue to stir fry. Mix in cooked noodles and sauce.
