How to Make Watermelon Cupcakes With Real Watermelon


  • 1 medium seedless watermelon
  • whipped cream

  • Ingredients
    • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
    • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • raspberries
  • mint leaves
  1. Cut the watermelon into 2 – 3 inch thick slices.
  2. Use a glass or biscuit cutter to cut circles into each slice.
  3. If you wish, shave the sides of the watermelon to make them smaller on the bottom.
  4. Place the watermelon circles in to foil cupcake cups.
  5. Frost the watermelon cupcakes with whipped cream.
  6. Place a raspberry and mint leaves on top.
  7. Keep cool until it is time to serve dessert.
