|2 cup greek yogurt|
|3 tbsp honey, divided|
|3⁄4 cup fresh blueberries, divided|
|1⁄2 cup fresh raspberries|
|2 tbsp pistachios|
|2 tbsp coconut flakes|
- To a bowl, add yogurt, 2 tablespoons honey, and 1/2 cup blueberries and stir to combine.
- Line an 11 x 7 inch pan with parchment paper and evenly pour in mixture. Flatten the top with a spatula and sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup blueberries, raspberries, pistachios, and coconut flakes. Drizzle with remaining 1 tablespoon honey.
- Freeze for 2-3 hours or until the yogurt is solid. Cut into pieces and serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
