Healthy Frozen Yogurt Berry Nut Bark

Break it up into pieces, and now you’ve got a healthy snack that you will find fun to eat.



2 cup greek yogurt
3 tbsp honey, divided
34 cup fresh blueberries, divided
12 cup fresh raspberries
2 tbsp pistachios
2 tbsp coconut flakes



  1. To a bowl, add yogurt, 2 tablespoons honey, and 1/2 cup blueberries and stir to combine.
  2. Line an 11 x 7 inch pan with parchment paper and evenly pour in mixture. Flatten the top with a spatula and sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup blueberries, raspberries, pistachios, and coconut flakes. Drizzle with remaining 1 tablespoon honey.
  3. Freeze for 2-3 hours or until the yogurt is solid. Cut into pieces and serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
