Ingredients:
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
- 3/4 cup (3 ounces) reduced fat shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Preparation :
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk eggs, yogurt, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in broccoli and cheese; mix well. Pour mixture into pie plate.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes, or until set in center. Let sit 5 minutes, then serve.
