Guilt Free Brownies – This Dessert Will Make You Forget Your Name

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup applesauce
  • 2 medium bananas mashed
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 Cup cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 Cup finely shredded zucchini
  • 2 Cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 Cup walnut pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Grease and flour a 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the applesauce, mashed bananas and sugar. Add vanilla and cocoa and mix together.
  4. Then add baking soda, salt and zucchini and mix together. Add flour and walnuts and mix together.
  5. Spread evenly into the prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes until brownies spring back when gently touched.
  6. For special occasions, just melt white chocolate and drizzle over brownie when cold. Store in fridge.
  7. They freeze well so I usually freeze over half to stop me from eating too many!
