Grilled Pistachio Salmon

The salmon is good and the butter is great. This is grilled over the coals and the butter is served on top of it when it comes off the grill.

  • 6 salmon fillets, (6 oz each)
  • 1 cup pistachios, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp dill weed, optional
  • 1 tsp pepper
  1. Combine the pistachios, sugar, lemon juice, dill and pepper. Spoon evenly over salmon fillets.
  2. Grill covered over high heat 5 to 10 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
