Green Superfood Smoothie Bowl

Simple, super green smoothie bowl with customizable toppings! The easiest and healthiest way to turn a smoothie into a meal!


1 frozen banana
1 cup fresh spinach
14 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp chia seeds
12 cup kefir milk, plus 1 tbsp for garnish (optional)
1 kiwi, peeled and halved
12 fresh banana, sliced, for garnish (optional)
1 tbsp goji berries, for garnish (optional)
1 tbsp walnuts, chopped, for garnish (optional)


  1. Combine frozen banana, spinach, cinnamon, chia seeds, 1/2 cup kefir milk, and kiwi in a blender. Cover and process until smooth. Pour smoothie in a bowl and top with sliced fresh banana, goji berries, walnuts, and 1 tablespoon kefir milk (if desired).
