- 2-3 firm bananas, sliced into little discs. Place on a tray or plates covered with butcher, freezer, or wax paper. Freeze until solid, maybe 3-4 hours.
- Melt 1 cup Dark Chocolate, with 1 Tbsp unrefined coconut oil in a small sauce pan, on low, stirring constantly until smooth.
- Dip FROZEN banana disc’s into melted chocolate. Immediately place back onto paper lined plates, and freeze for 1 more hour.
