|2 cup heavy whipping cream|
|1⁄2 cup butter|
|1⁄2 cup parmesan cheese, grated|
|1⁄2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded|
|1⁄2 cup provolone cheese, shredded|
|1⁄2 cup romano cheese, grated|
- Add heavy whipping cream and butter to a medium saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently until the butter melts. Gradually stir in parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, provolone cheese, and romano cheese. Reduce heat to low and continue to stir just until all of the cheese is melted. Serve immediately; sauce will thicken upon standing.
