Easy Yellow Pea Soup


  • 2 cups (14 oz) dry yellow split peas
  • 2 stalks of celery with leaves, diced
  • 6 cups water
  • 1 Tablespoon Dry Dill
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Pepper
  1. Rinse the dry peas in a mesh strainer and place into a 4 quart (or larger) slow cooker. Add the remaining ingredients, cover, and set heat to low. Leave to cook for 8 hours then serve hot.
