Easy Chicken and Dumplings

Chicken and dumpling stew is a quick and easy weeknight dinner that will warm you up and put a smile on everyone’s face.



2 can (8 oz each) reduced-sodium, fat-free chicken broth
2 can (8 oz each) reduced-sodium, low-fat cream of chicken soup, such as Healthy Request
3 cup chicken breast, cooked and chopped
12 tsp celery salt
1 salt, to taste
1 black pepper, to taste
5 fat-free tortillas, cut into 2 inch pieces


  1. Add chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, and cooked chicken breasts to a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Season with celery salt, salt, and pepper. When the liquid is boiling, carefully drop tortillas in one at a time. Reduce heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
