Water with cucumber and mint
Cucumber is definitely the most efficient vegetable which is struggling with high body temperature, while mint leaves give a special flavor.
Ingredients:
- 1l of cold water
- 1 fresh cucumber
- 10-12 mint leaves
Cucumber chop it to circles without peel and add it to the jug with water. Add the mint leaves and leave soaked several hours. Serve with ice cubes.
