Doritos Cheese Bombs


1 17 oz. bag of crushed nacho cheese Doritos

1 package flaky refrigerated biscuits (8 biscuits)

1 16 oz. block cheddar cheese

1 4 oz. can jalapenos, diced

1 cup buttermilk

1. Separate biscuits and cut each one in half so that you have 16 pieces.

2. Cut cheese into 16 even cubes. Wrap one biscuit piece around a cheese cube and jalapenos and seal biscuit around so that it makes a ball. Repeat with remainder of biscuits and cheese.

3. Dip each loaded biscuit into buttermilk. Shake off excess, then roll biscuit in Dorito crumbs.

4. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown and crunchy, about 1 minute. Drain on paper towel-lined plate and serve while hot.
