Despite his success, this fifty one year old PhD holder has experienced several hardships since his childhood. His setbacks has inspired him to be a motivational speaker. He speaks to people from professional sports teams, corporations and his fans and does non-profit talks as well.
He recently went to a local high school in St. Louis in Missouri to share his wisdom. However, some students refused to listen and give him respect, continuing the chatter among themselves during the talk session. This caused Eric Thomas to give a reaction that they did not expect!
