Here’s the diet plan:
Breakfast
- A plate cucumber salad
- A couple of hard boiled eggs
Snack
- 5 plums or 1 big apple peach (under 200 gr.)
Lunch
- 1 piece of wheat bread toast with a bowl of cucumber salad
Snacks
- A glass of cucumber shake
Dinner
- 300 gr. of a fruit of your choice

Ingredients
- 400 gr. of cucumber
- 200 ml. of sour milk
- Salt and chopped onions
Preparation
Peel and cut the cucumber into small pieces, then add the salt and mix well. Add the sour milk or yogurt and mix again, then add the chopped onions and serve.
– Cucumber shake

- 1 cucumber
- 1 apple
- A handful of washed spinach
Preparation
Just add the ingredients in a blender and add some ginger, then pour the shake in a glass and drink it fresh.
