Crustless Crab Quiche



8 oz imitation crabmeat, chopped
1 cup low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup onion, chopped
4 large egg, or equivalent amount of egg beaters
1 cup evaporated skim milk
1⁄2 tsp salt
1⁄2 tsp dry mustard
1⁄8 tsp pepper
1 dash paprika


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) or 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for a glass plate.
  2. Spray a 9 inch pie plate with non-stick spray.
  3. Combine chopped crab, onion and cheese.
  4. Press mixture into pie plate.
  5. Beat together eggs, evaporated skim milk, salt, dry mustard and pepper and pour over the crab.
  6. Sprinkle the top with paprika.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes.
