Crunchy Chinese Coleslaw

This is a very crunchy, very satisfying coleslaw with ramen noodles, cabbage, toasted almonds and sesame seeds.




1 lb cabbage, shredded
1 package (2 7/8 ounce) ramen noodles, broken into small pieces
18 cup slivered almonds, toasted and chopped
2 cup mandarin orange, drained and rinsed well
1 tbsp canola oil
12 cup water
13 cup Splenda sugar substitute
14 cup apple cider vinegar


  1. In a large bowl, add cabbage, noodles, almonds, and oranges.
  2. In a small bowl, mix oil, water, Splenda, and vinegar; stir until combined.
  3. Pour dressing over cabbage mixture, stir to coat, and serve immediately.
