
Ingredients
- 4 – 5 lb Fully Cooked Boneless Ham
- 4 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 1 Cup Cherry Juice
Instructions
- Mix together fruit juice and mustard.
- Place the ham in the Crock Pot.
- Coat the ham with juice/mustard mixture.
- You can add cherries or pineapples to top of ham, if you wish.
- Place lid on Crock Pot and cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours.
- Check the internal temperature of your ham and it will be done at 165 degrees. This will prevent over cooking.
- Slice, serve and enjoy
