2 green onions, sliced thin & divided
1/2 cup fine chopped red bell pepper
1 (8 oz) tub 1/3 less-fat soft cream cheese
1 (6 oz) can lump crabmeat, drained
1/2 cup shredded 2% sharp cheddar cheese
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Ritz Reduced-Fat crackers
1. Remove 2 tbsp of the onions and set aside.
Mix remaining onions with all remaining ingredients except crackers.
2. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Sprinkle with reserved onions. Serve with crackers.
